Roll With It 2 on November 16th at the SF Soma Arts Center!

Roll With It features an exciting submission grappling format in a Karate Combat Style Pit just like the Craig Jones Invitational. The benefit of the pit is that it forces action, you cannot run out of bounds, and the wall work is different that that of an mma cage as the slope offers less stability.

They are having a show this Saturday the 16th, featuring many 10th Planet NorCal competitors as well as some from our own gym, 10th Planet Walnut Creek. Coach Alex and Victor will have matches at the event this Saturday.
