RECURRING BILLING / MONTHLY AUTODRAFT
All month to month programs at 10th Planet Walnut Creek / Iron Monkey Training Center are recurring monthly memberships and will be billed using the recurring payment method ( e-check or credit card ) monthly on the same day of the month as the program is started. To officially cancel, 30 days notice is required, send an email to info@ironmonkeytc.com .
All 3, 6 or 12 month discounted monthly programs may be cancelled in case of injury or moving more than 20 miles away, to do so provide a doctor’s note for injury or illness or proof of address change if moving.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
There are no refunds given for tuition paid.
All drop in class passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable or transferable from one student to another.
We will not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken. Class passes can only be used for regular scheduled classes excluding special workshops.
FREEZING & HOLDING PACKAGES/SERIES
Should the need arise to freeze/hold a membership, you may do so by emailing info@ironmonkeytc.com with your resume date and reason for hold/freeze, you may freeze/hold your membership for a maximum of 3 months.
